The location is enviable, placing you in the heart of the action.
This accommodation feels more like an apartment than a proper hotel, lacking signs of luxury as advertised. From one out of six rooms, you might glimpse the Duomo, while others face walls or rooftops, so don't rely on the scenic view. Rooms are cramped and oddly decorated, which definitely doesn't capture the essence of Tuscany.

Greatly enjoyed every detail about my really amazing 6 nights stay here. The staff were very very helpful and amicable and provided a friendly service. Beautiful and absolutely stunning rooms had central heating, an individual safe, and a flat-screen TV. The beds were comfortable, view over city was nice. The location was magnificent as for me. Peretola airport was hardly 30 minutes away by car.

Deluxe hotel with beautiful rooms and a private bathroom. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Amazing service within 0.5 miles of the airport.

The check-in process was confusing and frustrating. Reception staff were only available during limited hours, made early bag drop off a hassle. I had difficulty finding instructions for basic room functions and felt unwelcome at times due to the lack of assistance from staff.

Couples looking for a luxury experience
The lady at reception was super nice! She even walked us to our room and told us all about the history. And let me tell you, that bathroom was something else, I mean. Gorgeous shower that hit like a spa.
Sure, it wasn't inexpensive but worth every penny for the experience we had.

Our stay was fantastic! The room had beautiful wood floors and a spacious layout that even included a cozy sitting area. The really good shower was a highlight, and I loved being able to see the Medici Chapel dome from our window. Plus, the rooftop terrace offered amazing views of the Duomo. The check-in process could use some improvement, as we had to wait longer than expected upon arrival.

Very nice views and luxurious comfort
The room was beautifully decorated and offered a cozy atmosphere with a spacious layout including a nice sitting area. The shower was amazing, and I could even catch a glimpse of the Duomo by leaning out the window. The rooftop terrace with direct views of the Duomo was a perfect spot to relax. One small downside was the early check-in process, which could use some improvement.
